December 24, 2017 • Guests at the three monorail resorts at Walt Disney World are seeing tighter security during their hotel stay, just in time for the holiday season. If you’re staying at the Grand Floridian, Polynesian or Contemporary resorts, you will no longer have a “Do Not Disturb” sign to put on your hotel door. Walt Disney World initiated the change, stating the signs will be swapped with “room occupied” signs. 3 – Disney Becomes Only Studio to Hit $6 Billion Twice at Global Box Office
December 22, 2017 • Walt Disney Studios is expected to cross the $6 billion mark at the 2017 worldwide box office on Friday, with “Star Wars: The Last Jedi” providing the final push to reach the milestone. Disney is the first and only studio to hit this goal twice, having done so last year when it set a record with $7.6 billion at the global box office. 4 – Disney Added a Talking Robotic Donald Trump to its Hall of Presidents
December 19, 2017 • America’s 45th president has at long last arrived at Disney World in full robotic fashion. The animatronic President Donald Trump was added to the Magic Kingdom’s newly revamped Hall of Presidents Monday, donning an unbuttoned suit jacket with an extra long white and blue tie, standing between a seated Abraham Lincoln and Ulysses S. December 24, 2017 • Several users from Kingdom Hearts forum Kingdom Hearts Insider recently purportedly gained access to around 2TB worth of game creation data from the upcoming Kingdom Hearts 3.
