When you have a food allergy or sensitivity, taking a vacation can be turn out to be somewhat less than magic. Trust me, I’m right there with you – as I struggle with food allergies and insulin resistance myself. However, I’ve found in my many travels to Disney, that they are more than willing to make special accommodations for special diets and will even go out of their way to make your experience magical.
For those of you who are struggling with making a trip to Disneyland, here’s a little guide on dining gluten-free.
Pro Tip: As with any food allergy, it is best to consult the chef on ingredients. The following guide is based on our own experience dining at Disneyland and menus/ingredients are subject to change. For the most up-to-date information regarding special diets, we always recommend contacting Disney directly.
