    Perfectly complementing the juicy and flavor-filled, slow-roasted turkey, these soft, creamy, and garlic soaked potatoes are pure potato heaven.

    Ingredients

    • 2 1/2 lbs 2 1/2 Baking Potatoes, Peeled & Cubed

    • 10 ea 10 Cloves of Garlic

    • 8 tbsp 8 Unsalted Butter

    • 1/2 cup 1/2 Heavy Cream

    • 1/4 cup 1/4 Roasted Garlic Paste

    • To Taste To Taste Salt

    • To Taste To Taste White Pepper

    • To Taste To Taste Grated Nutmeg

    • Garnish Garnish Parsley, Chopped

    Directions

    • Bring a large pot of salted water to boil, add potatoes and garlic cloves.
    • Simmer until potatoes are tender (cooking times vary).
    • Drain well and return to pot and put back on the stove top over low heat.
    • Using a potato masher, roughly mash potatoes.
    • Add heavy cream, garlic paste, salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste.
    • Serve warm and garnished with parsley, if desired.
